Information collected
The form requires your name, email address, project description and consent. Company, website type, budget and preferred timing are optional.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used only to read, qualify and answer your enquiry, then prepare a possible quote. Processing is based on your consent and the pre-contractual steps requested when you contact Thperchi.
Recipients and suppliers
Information is accessible only to Thperchi and necessary technical suppliers: Vercel for hosting and, once email delivery is enabled, Resend for message delivery. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than three years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a right requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@thperchi.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising service, audience tracker or non-essential cookie is installed by default. Your theme and language preferences may be stored locally on your device and are not used to track you.
Security and transfers
Reasonable validation, submission limits and spam-protection measures are used. Some suppliers may process information outside the European Union under their applicable contractual safeguards.
